All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages and any other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person that produced such content. Hence you are responsible for all content that you send, upload, post or otherwise transmit via the website. You agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You agree to not use the website to upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that contains indecent, anything unlawful, or any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of artsypackaging.com or any third party. Artsy Packaging does not control the content posted by customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content. Under no circumstances will Artsy Packaging be liable to you in any way for any content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken into your registered account. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant artsypackaging.com the worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display and create derivative works from the content on the website and the printed product to store designs or process print orders.
You acknowledge that artsypackaging.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. Artsy Packaging may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the case that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Artsy Packaging, its users and the public.
Artsy Packaging will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you would like to purchase higher-resolution designed files, please contact our support team.
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Artsy Packaging is not responsible for any colour changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes. Artsy Packaging is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. The customer must provide us with the CMYK values or pantone colours before production if need be otherwise, Artsy Packaging will not be liable.
Once the order has been placed, the final print-ready artwork along with the job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including but not limited to, delivery dates and or production speed, and confirming that all the customer requirements have been accurately noted. Artsy Packaging is not liable for any specifications and requirements beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer to review the final artwork proof as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the multiple ways that files are prepared, unplanned changes can occur. What is shown on the final proof represents what will be printed. Artsy Packaging strongly recommends that the proof is printed out at 100% to check actual position, spelling, and other design elements. Artsy Packaging will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues that are not identified by the customer and communicated to Artsy Packaging immediately. Upon approval, the clients’ print job specifications are forwarded to our production team as is.
Artsy Packaging is not liable for colour matching or ink density on digital proofs approved by the customers. Digital proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and alignment, but not colour or density. Artsy Packaging will try to match the gradient density of each colour in duotone. Artsy Packaging is not liable for the final appearance of a duotone unless the customer orders a colour match proof. In addition, please note the application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colours. Artsy Packaging is not liable for the final colour appearance of a laminated product/s.
Please note that the paper/card stock used for printing our products is not food grade. However, if you have a certain requirement about certification, please feel free to ask.
Artsy Packaging will reproduce colour from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, Artsy Packaging cannot guarantee colour match and colour density because of limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as neighbouring image ink requirements. The accuracy of colour reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved. Please note that Artsy Packaging can only guarantee colour reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. Please note that Artsy Packaging is not responsible for colour variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent
Note: Artsy Packaging is not liable for any colour variations between a digitally printed sample and an offset printed sample.
Artsy Packaging may offer free hardcopy proofing for orders above the value of £2,500. On orders below that value, hard copy proofing samples will be of charge and the price will be set according to the company’s discretion. Artsy Packaging requires full upfront payment before the start of production of hard copy proofing samples. The sample will be produced according to the client’s approved specification sheet. Please note it is not possible to make any changes in the design and size once the process is started. In case of any changes, additional charges may apply based on the nature of the job. In case a customer wants to add hard copy sampling to the order, the amount paid will be only for a one-time setup. In the case of the second sample, an additional amount will be applicable. Hardcopy proofs/samples only cover the one-time production fee and are non-refundable. Hardcopy samples maybe created using digital printing setup and may have colour variations in bulk order quantities, as bulk orders are created using offset printing.
Artsy Packaging is not liable for errors in a printed product caused by errors in the approved artwork including but not limited to:
• Graphics orientation or placement and incorrect font usage
• Spelling, grammatical, and punctuation errors
• Wrong die cuts, slits or Incorrect or missing folds
• Incorrect finished product dimensions
Artsy Packaging is not responsible for any design issues that are not identified by the customer and communicated to Artsy Packaging before the commencement of the production process.
You acknowledge that you will be obligated to uphold indemnification as well as defence for Artsy Packaging for losses stemming out of suits, legal actions, complaints, demands, costs, liabilities, damages, etc. whether brought by third parties or not arising directly/indirectly out of use/reliance on services/content related products/your violation of these terms conditions/or infringement upon others’ rights through incorporation using text photographs image graphics or other copyrighted info not belonging to the website.
Artsy Packaging will cancel your order before printing only. However, if your ordered items are completely manufactured then it cannot be cancelled. Orders may be cancellable during the various production stages, but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Experience Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.
1) Orders are placed online on our website.
2) The Artwork is reworked by the design team and approved by the customer.
3) Orders are forwarded to our production team.
4) Orders are quality checked and shipped to the customer.
All orders are cancellable before stage 2. If an order is cancelled at stage 1, you will be charged £25 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our designing fees. For orders cancelled at stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order if the production has not begun yet, but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify Artsy Packaging and the delivery courier immediately. Artsy Packaging will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 2 business days of order delivery. Artsy Packaging is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is usually shipped with a few extra pieces that are free of charge. Seldom order shipments may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underage or overage of up to 5%. Therefore, if the exact quantity is needed, then it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped since an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.
As all orders are different and require a different set-up to be created and all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order, no refunds or credits. In case of urgent or priority orders where a request is made by the customer, the refund or credit does not apply. To meet customers’ deadlines, the production process is done at a faster speed. Hence the refund or credit does not apply in case of any rush or urgent orders. All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are also Non Refundable, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
If a customers orders a hard copy sample with their order, a minimal amount is charged for the sample with the full deposit of the order amount. The tooling and cutter costs are adjusted in the bulk run of the full complete order. If a customer requires a refund after the sample is not approved, a refund is only possible if the sample does not meet the artwork approved and there are issues with the quality of the boxes ( with proof supplied). If a customer dislikes a sample without any reason, the full tooling cost of £200 or more will be charged upon the companies discretion.
Customers are requested to check for any defects in the delivered product(s) thoroughly and notify us via our website immediately upon discovering them within a maximum period of 2 business days. Within two business days of the delivery date should any damage occur on received goods delivered by Artsy Packaging it is incumbent upon customers to file a claim for replacements customers should return a minimum of 99% of delivered products within ten days after receiving their order by paying for return themselves no returns will be accepted. No returns will be accepted until a prior written notice by Artsy Packaging If you choose to expedite your print job or shipping you will not be refunded these additional fees if you need to cancel your order under any circumstances.
Artsy Packaging will always act to ensure that the customers’ deadline is met. Under no circumstnaces shall Artsy Packaging be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products. Please note that large orders may be broken into multiple shipments and delivery spread over time to maintain product quality and facilitate timely delivery.
Customers agree not to hold Artsy Packaging liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Artsy Packaging’s control. Production, shipment, and delivery dates are calculated based on estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history and hence are not guaranteed.
Artsy Packaging will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.
To meet customer requirements, we offer the following production speed options:
STANDARD – 10 to 15 working days
PRIORITY – 10 working days, additional fees apply.
EXPRESS – 7 working days, additional fees apply.
Orders are shipped using the best postal services and the delivery time for most orders is 5 working days after production.
Please note that production time for Standard Service is not guaranteed and is calculated based on an estimate and may vary depending on the nature of each order.
If you have any specific delivery date requirements, please communicate any such requirements to Artsy Packaging in writing before placing an order. Artsy Packaging is not responsible for missing any delivery deadlines that have not been communicated in writing to Artsy Packaging before an order is placed. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that all required delivery deadlines are included in the job specification sheets that are sent to customers for approval before the commencement of the production process.
Orders maybe manufactured in our overseas productions facilities depending on the nature of the order.
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that the operation of the site may not be uninterrupted or error-free. References and links to products or services of independent companies may appear on the site. These references and links are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
In no event shall Artsy Packaging or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Artsy Packaging has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from Artsy Packaging or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from a mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Artsy Packaging be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorised use of this site or its content.
